Job description: Company is looking for passionate and experienced sales executive to join our direct sales team as senior sales executive and help grow the overall sales revenue. The ideal candidate must have 4 to 7 years of experience in selling, Ultra luxury projects in various locations. Must have experience in closing high ticket values projects. Candidate must have the skills to follow the leads and sale the residential & Commercial units, Outdoor sales & Marketing activities for prospective clients. Site Visit, Ability of team building & lead a team.Convert leads into sales.- Candidates from Real estate and wealth management will be preferred.1. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.2. Build an open-communication environment for you, your team & Clients Requirements:3. Selling experience preferably residential, flat, commercial, land.4. Knowledge about Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, Promotion, Campaign activities.5. Excellent communication skills and team handling capability.6. Should be Creative mind.7. Work out strategies to effectively engage with the client, make an impactful pitch and establish a connection with the home buyer.8. Ability to use and adapt new method to generate leads and sales practices.9. Can handle liasoning work & process.10. Good negotiation skills.11. Knowledge of digital marketing and branding.12. Maintain relationship with customer till registration and unit is handed over to the customer. Thereafter, ensure on-boarding on the loyalty program.13. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager.14.
