|Job description: We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to increase organic traffic
- Audit websites and provide technical recommendations for improving SEO visibility by using right snippet & improve CTA
- Research new keywords and create content strategy regularly to create new blogs / update previous blog and product page.
- Create blog topics and create brief to provide content team for making create blog (Inbound & Outbound team), Audit the content once received from team and Upload / publish blog and onpage seo.
- Press Release: Selecting news media for regular Press Release to improve brand visibility
- Provide suggestion and guide UI & Designing team to improve Website User Interface & User Experience
- Create Architecture for website layout for Designing team
- Develop and implement link building strategy Improve organic search results for desktop and mobile sites on all major search engines. Communicate & Sourcing of Link Building Agencies for increase backlines
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search console, Google Keyword Tools, SEO Tools: SEMRush, Ahref, etc.
- Good Knowledge of Snippet, implementing the same on Home Page, Product Page and Blog to improve ranking and traffic
- Individuals with Content writing skills will be adding advantage.
- The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills Drive implementation and maintenance of title & meta tags, URL redirects, 404 errors, robots.txt file
- Google & Facebook Ads: Ad copy creation, Ads Keyword Optimization, Bid Management, Monthly Reports
- Proven SEO experience
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
