Job description: - Should be handling Private client group, dealing with HNI and UHNI and Focusing on MF, pms, bond, Equity and structure products- Holding strong exposure in Wealth and Equity Market- Candidate can be from Wealth, Securities or Banks- Handle trading and maintaining relationship with new & existing clients,- Opening Demat Accounts & Trading Accounts,- Getting business from existing clients and acquisition of new HNI clients.- Advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for the short / medium term tips and market related information Advising the clients to invest in the right investment scheme depending upon their future needs and returns.- Maintaining relationship with clients & handling client queries on immediate basis. Handling commodities delivery on timely basis.- Productivity & Analyze the failure and success points.- Crossing clients with suitable products according to there needs i.e Real estate, mutual funds, life insurance, Pms, Private equity.- Client Account Management- Review customer needs and asset allocation, pro-actively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs.- Advise customers to enrich the relationships by mobilizing additional funds and sell other fee based products/services based on the current and future customer needs.- Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential CG customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration- Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and- Financial planning.- Organize customer events to enhance customer bonding.- Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.- Compliance, Risk & Controls- Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency (ref:updazz.com)
