Join our eclectic mix of scientists, physicists, engineers and clinicians to launch our operation in India!Job Description : As a Clinical Account Manager, you will create a network of Clinical Partners for Neuro-technology in India and manage the day to day relation with them to define the best service and product offering for India.In particular you will :- Identify Centers of Excellence / Clinical Partners in India to introduce Neuro-technology products and develop the product offering for the country- Develop a network of Clinical Partners and provide them support on the use of Neuro-technology products- Promote the use of Neuro-technology products and the generation of data- Engage Neuro-technology marketing team and clients to develop content, such as case studies, webinars, and other communication materials, supporting the commercialization of Neuro-technology products in India- Train clinical professionals on the use of Neuro-technology products- Performing ROI, cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs;- Address customers/clinical users problems and issues to maximize satisfaction- Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system to prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services- Be the bridge between the sales, marketing and product development teams for iterative product development, testing, commercial offering and marketing strategy ensuring the clinical value of the products- Establish and foster relationships with KOLs to understand market trends, market dynamics, technology changes, competitive strategies, and identify insights/opportunities for the franchise- Provide support at marketing events and exhibitions as required. Develop pricing strategies and guidelines to optimize profit and mix to meet Neuro-technology objectives- Develop strategies, promotional campaigns, and programs to positively position Neuro-technology products to increase market share, revenues, awareness and adoption, and solidify their clinical utility- Expand awareness of Stroke rehabilitation for which Neuro-technology is developing solutionsSkills Required : In order to be successful, you can illustrate the fact that you have the following abilities :- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build constructive work relationships and to nurture a trust and confidentiality;- Oral and written communication: ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; ability to get messages across that have the desired effect; ability to adapt communication to a variety of audiences;- Customer Focus: dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acting with customers in mind;- Demonstrated ability to use analytical skills and rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.- Working autonomously: setting tasks and direction under limited supervisionDesired Qualification : - BPT/MPT/BOT/MOT with preference for a major in neuro-rehab or B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech in biomedical/ fields related to neuroscience- At least 5 years of experience with the use of technology in rehabilitation or patient care; with preference for marketing/sales experience for a medical device company- Technology and computer savvy.
