The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has postponed the CGBSE Class 10 board examinations 2021 due to a spike in the COVID-19 cases. The Chhattisgarh Chief Minister's Office (CMO) has confirmed that the Chhattisgarh Board Class 10 exams which were scheduled to be held from April 15 to May 1 now been postponed. The CGBSE is likely to release the revised exam dates soon on its official website. Students who are aspiring for Chhattisgarh Board Class 10th exams are advised to keep visiting the official website.

Chhattisgarh Board Class 10th Exams Postponed

Chief Minister Office (CMO) Chhattisgarh tweeted, "Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur has postponed the board exams starting from 15 April 2021 for class 10th, keeping in mind the growing transition of Corona in the state and lockdown in many districts."

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel also tweeted regarding the Class 10 board exams. He stated that the decision is taken in view of increasing Covid cases and lockdown conditions in many districts."

Earlier, the CGBSE board has conducted the Class 10th practical examinations between February 10 and March 10, 2021. The Board has asked the schools to upload the marks of the practical exam on the boards' portal by April 15.

As for now, the CGBSE Board has postponed the Class 10 exams. There is no official information regarding the Class 12 examinations. The Board is likely to conduct the Class 12 exams from May 3 to May 24, 2021.
