The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the result of the Secondary Teachers Eligibility Test (STET). The BSEB has released the Bihar STET result 2021 on March 12 at 4 pm. Candidates who have appeared for the written examination held in September 2020 are advised to visit the official website to check the Bihar STET 2019-21 result. Bihar STET 2021 Result Declared

The BSEB has declared the Bihar STET exam result 2021 ion online mode for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The STET written exam was held in 15 subjects, out of which, the BESB has declared results for 12 subjects. A total of 1,09,667 candidates have appeared for paper 1 and 45,284 appeared for Paper 2. A total of 24,599 candidates have qualified in the examination. The total number of candidates passed in paper 1 is 16,068. A total of 8,531 candidates have passed Paper 2. The overall pass percentage is 15.78%.

The BSEB has not released the result of Urdu, Sanskrit and science due to the pending exam of several candidates. The Bihar STET result 2021 for three subjects will be released after the re-exam for 106 candidates. The sources suggest that result of the remaining 23,671 candidates will be released in the first week of May. The Board has disqualified a total of 587 candidates due to not appearing in the compulsory subject combination exam.

What After Bihar STET Result 2021?

The BSEB will release the result along with the merit list. As per the sources, a total of 25,270 and 12,065 candidates will be appointed for Secondary and Higher Secondary teachers. Candidates who stand out in the exam will be eligible to download the Bihar STET certificate which is valid for seven years. The certificate for the Physical and Health Trainer Eligibility Test will be valid for six years.

Patna High Court On Bihar STET Result 2021

A group of students have approached the Patna High Court for two reasons - online test and questions were asked out of the syllabus. The Court has dismissed the writ petition filed by candidates on March 6. It has ordered the exam authority to prepare the result based on the performance of the online re-exam held in September 2020.
